All our Flat Roof lights consist of high quality materials. As standard, we use 6mm toughened safety glass on the top. 12mm black warm edge spacer bar with argon gas followed by a 6.4 laminated Low Emission Glass. This achieves the required U-Value for building Regulations. All our stepped units have a black boarder around the edges to ensure all fixings are hidden. While the above is our most common specification requested. As a supplier of bespoke roof lights the specification can be altered very easily. (e.g. if you want to make it with walk on glass)
All our roof glass comes with the top glass being 100mm bigger than the bottom glass. Please email your opening sizes to obtain a quote.
